Off day....

hey peeps... just wanted to drop a line or so to let ya'll know i'm still alive... anyway, had my day off yesterday but didnt really do much... em took the NCLEX exam yesterday so I hope he passed... he was there from 10am - 4pm... so most of the day was spent at home waiting for him to call and say he was finished... just spent the day with Jehann... we played outside, blow bubbles, and she rode her bike... it was a nice day outside... at least the humidity was tolerable... anyway, im on my way to work... so thats it for now... no pics this time... hehehe... i try to always have some sort of pics to post so you guys dont get that bored... :)

hey peeps.... hehehe... thats funny... i dont think anyone even reads this... hehee... anyway, whatever... it's just a place to vent just in case anyone ever wants to know.... i havent really been in touch online lately cos my hubby is the one hogging the computer... hehehe... just kidding... no seriously, he really is online from am to pm... he's trying to get ready for the big nursing board exam that he has to take this friday... so thats why... anyway, just wanted to set that out there in case people start to wonder if i've fallen off the face of the earth.. heheh.... by the way, just to catch up, here's some pics from my cousin, Roslyn's, bday... thanks for everything cuz...

WHAT A REUNION...

OKAY, LAST FRIDAY, THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A NSHS ALUMNI DINNER FUNDRAISING EVENT, SO WE GOT ALL READY AND ALL FREAKED OUT ABOUT HOW WEIRD IT WAS GONNA BE SEEING OUR HIGH SCHOOL FRIENDS AGAIN... MY FRIEND SAROM AND I DECIDED WE WOULD GO TOGETHER ALONG WITH EM AND JEHANN.... OF COURSE, I GUESS AS CAN BE EXPECTED WITH ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH NORTH SHORE, FOR SOME REASON, THE EVENT WAS CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE... GOOD THING THAT WE CALLED ANOTHER FRIEND, HANH, AT THE LAST MINUTE... SO ONCE WE FOUND OUT, WE GOT SO FRUSTRATED... I MEAN, AFTER ALL THAT PREPARATION AND THIS HAPPENS AT THE LAST MINUTE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AT ALL... I MEAN, IF WE HADN'T CALLED, WE WOULD NEVER HAD KNOWN... ANYWAY, HANH AND HENRY KO, ANOTHER OLD FRIEND OF OURS, DECIDED THEY WOULD JUST MEET UP AND GO AHEAD AND HAVE DINNER TOGETHER.... SO AFTER SOME TIME OF CALLING BACK AND FORTH TO DECIDE WHAT TO DO, WE DECIDED TO GO AHEAD ALSO AND JOIN HENRY AND HANH... AT LEAST IT WAS THEM AND NO ONE ELSE THAT WE WEREN'T REALLY CLOSE WITH IN HIGH SCHOOL... AT LEAST THESE WERE PEOPLE THAT WERE IN OUR CIRCLE OF FRIENDS... HEHEHE.... ANYWAY, WE ENDED UP HAVING A BLAST BY OURSELVES... IM REALLY GLAD IT HAPPENED LIKE THAT... UNPLANNED AND EVERYTHING... IT ALL WORKED OUT FOR THE BEST... I HADN'T REALIZED HOW MUCH I MISSED BEING WITH FRIENDS ... :) HEHEHE.... ANYWAY, HANH, HENRY, AND SAROM... THANKS FOR BEING THERE AND HOPE WE CAN DO IT AGAIN SOMETIME... MISS YOU GUYS....

LOLA'S 75TH BDAY...

My Lola (grandma in english :) had her 75th birthday last month...we had her bday party at uncle boy's house on sept 4... it was nice... i can't believe she's that old already... it seems to me like she hasn't aged... she's still the same as when I was the baby girl she was taking care of... now, she's taking care of MY baby girl... :) hehehe... it feels nice and im really happy that she has been able to be here... we would not have survived without her help... she has really been a big big help to us...
